SUMMARY:163 Element: how to discover and manifest your divine nature
DESCRIPTION:In the teachings of Oberto Airaudi (Falco Tarassaco)\, a central theme has always been the awakening of consciousness within humankind\, an awakening meant to lead to an awareness of one’s true nature: the human soul is a complex structure\, made up of many integrated parts\, with a central core that we can interpret as the concept of the Divine.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn the material world\, this Divine nature can manifest in 163 possible characteristics; each of us embodies a unique one. In the journey of awakening consciousness\, a particularly important stage is determining one’s own divine characteristic among the 163 possibilities. This characteristic is retained by our soul throughout all its lifetimes; for this reason\, understanding our divine nature—according to the unique nuance each person expresses—allows us to give meaning to our lives and find connection with all others. \nIn the Damanhurian School\, this possibility was discussed at length until\, in 2014\, a research group personally led enabled this type of insight\, thereby allowing the creation of a new path that\, since 2016\, has been available to anyone who feels drawn to it. \nNaturally\, it is impossible to understand one’s Divine nature without first laying the necessary foundations of knowledge. SUMMARY:Spring Equinox
DESCRIPTION:The ritual of marking the transition between seasons of the year has been carried out on all continents since the beginning of human history. \nAt Damanhur\, the Equinoxes and Solstices are particularly sacred times of the year. The entire community celebrates these important events inside large stone circles. During the days of the ritual\, a fire is lit to represent the sun. During the Solstice\, another second fire symbolizes the moon. The ritual is divided into three phases: lighting\, culmination\, and extinguishing of the fire. \nDamanhurians enter the circle wearing robes of varying colors\, according to their seniority. They offer herbs to the fires\, meditate\, sing\, and recite hymns and prayers composed by Damanhurians. DESCRIPTION:Besides the chakras and the “subtle limbs” connected to the senses of your soul\, your Divine Matrix also comprises a network of energy lines around and inside your body: the “microlines.” \nThey correspond to the Synchronic Lines\, which are the energetic blueprint of Earth. Trees are part of our soul and hold memories we can reconnect with. In ancient times\, the Sacred Woods were the first temples and places where we went to connect with our inner selves and our ancestors\, seeking guidance. We can do this today too. \nDance Meditation\nStarts at 10:30 and 12:00\nThis moving meditation is a subtle body exercise to relax the body and mind and connect with nature through breathing and the archetypal gestures of sacred Damanhurian dance. \nGong Meditation\nStarts at 10:30 and 12:00\nPeace\, calm\, and the enveloping sound of the gong will transport you on a vibrational journey. It is said that the sound of the gong is the original sound of creation and\, therefore\, contains all sounds. By listening to the sound vibrations\, you will enter deeply within yourself and emerge into the Universe. It helps cleanse the subtle bodies and experience profound peace and great joy. \nPrana Therapy at the Stone Seat\n10:00 to 13:00\nPrana\, pure and undifferentiated life energy\, acts on the individual’s energetic sphere or aura\, strengthening it where necessary and thus bringing energy and balance to both the physical and subtle bodies. DESCRIPTION:Sight\, Hearing\, Touch\, Smell\, Taste: these are the main Gates through which the world with its information enters us; they are the tools with which we know and explore life and the reality around us. \nWithout the Five Senses there would be no perception\, no experience\, no memory\, no emotions and consequently no learning. \nBut how much do we know how to use them? \nHow aware are we of our gestures and the choices we make? \nDo you want to free yourself from the automatisms of behavior? \nThe seminar offers an effective sensory training course\, based on checking and exercising perceptual skills and physical movement management. It is mainly based on teaching the typical Damanhurian technique known as “Metratura\,” which has been practiced for more than 30 years\, for the purpose of developing self-awareness and improving the relationship with the environment. \nThe course teaches an easy and quick method to awaken one’s attention\, also passing through stimulating sensory experiences offered by valuable aids found uniquely in Damanhur\, a territory charged with vital energy and precious geometries. \nA powerful relaxation technique\, the discipline also promotes the use of willpower and the ability to choose and self-control\, educating in the active use of the senses\, mind and body. DESCRIPTION:Sight\, Hearing\, Touch\, Smell\, Taste: these are the main Gates through which the world with its information enters us; they are the tools with which we know and explore life and the reality around us. \nWithout the Five Senses there would be no perception\, no experience\, no memory\, no emotions and consequently no learning. \nBut how much do we know how to use them? \nHow aware are we of our gestures and the choices we make? \nDo you want to free yourself from the automatisms of behavior? \nThe seminar offers an effective sensory training course\, based on checking and exercising perceptual skills and physical movement management. It is mainly based on teaching the typical Damanhurian technique known as “Metratura\,” which has been practiced for more than 30 years\, for the purpose of developing self-awareness and improving the relationship with the environment. \nThe course teaches an easy and quick method to awaken one’s attention\, also passing through stimulating sensory experiences offered by valuable aids found uniquely in Damanhur\, a territory charged with vital energy and precious geometries. \nA powerful relaxation technique\, the discipline also promotes the use of willpower and the ability to choose and self-control\, educating in the active use of the senses\, mind and body. If sessions are fully booked\, come anyway\, experience other activities\, and trust synchronicity. \nFor Damanhurians and guests who have already visited the Sacred Woods\, please come at least 10 minutes before the event you signed in for. \nHarmonization and Dance-Meditation\nStarts at 15:30 and 17:00 and lasts about 40 minutes.\nThis meditation in movement is a special exercise of the subtle bodies to relax the body and mind and get in tune with nature through the breath and archetypal gestures of sacred Damanhurian dance. \nContact with Trees\nStarts at 16:15 and 18:00 and lasts approximately 40 minutes.\nReconnect with the plant world\, weaving the threads of a long-lost ancient relationship between humans and trees. Trees are a part of our soul\, and they hold memories we can connect with. In ancient times\, Sacred Woods were the first temples\, and the places where we would go to connect to our profound selves and ancestors\, asking for guidance. We can do so today. \nPrana Healing Sessions\nFrom 15:00 to 19:00 at 15-minute intervals\, booking on site.\nPrana\, pure\, undifferentiated life energy\, acts on the individual’s energy sphere or aura\, strengthening it where it is needed and thus bringing energy and balance to both the physical and subtle bodies. During the Well-Being Day\, damanhurian spiritual healers will offer the opportunity to receive prana within a spiral\, specially prepared for healing.
