DESCRIPTION:Enjoy strolling through the Sacred Woods\, walking energetic pathways\, or different Prana treatments. \nSpace is limited for these dynamics\, so we invite you to reserve your spot for the desired dynamic by following the questionnaire link below. If the sessions are fully booked\, come anyway\, experience other activities\, and trust in synchronicity. \nContact with Trees\nStarts at 15:30\, 16:30 and 17:30 and lasts approximately 40 minutes.\nReconnect with the plant world\, weaving the threads of a long-lost ancient relationship between humans and trees. Trees are a part of our soul\, and they hold memories we can connect with. In ancient times\, Sacred Woods were the first temples\, and the places where we would go to connect to our profound selves and ancestors\, asking for guidance. We can do so today. \nGong Meditation\nStarts at 15:30\, 16:30 and 17:30 and lasts approximately 40 minutes.\nImmerse yourself in the resonant waves of the gong\, and be carried into a deep state of relaxation where everyday thoughts dissolve and the body is free to restore itself. The rich\, layered vibrations wash through every cell\, guiding the nervous system toward stillness and opening space for clarity\, release\, and inner renewal. \nDance-Meditation\nStarts at 15:30\, 16:30 and 17:30 and lasts approximately 40 minutes.\nThis meditation in movement is a special exercise of the subtle bodies to relax the body and mind and get in tune with nature through the breath and archetypal gestures of sacred Damanhurian dance. \nPrana Healing—Individual Sessions\nThroughout the entire event\, from 15:00 to 18:30.\nDuring the Well-Being Day\, damanhurian spiritual healers will offer the opportunity to receive prana within a spiral\, specially prepared for energetic rebalancing. Before doing the prana\, you will trace a pattern (that you will find on site) that prepares you to receive the prana. \nFree walking on energetic circuits throughout the event. There will be an area specifically dedicated to children.\nAt 19:00 there will be the theatrical performance “Il respiro del Bosco” [The breath of the forest] directed by Unicorno. \nThis event is on donation-based participation. We can do this today too. \nDance Meditation\nStarts at 10:30 and 12:00\nThis moving meditation is a subtle body exercise to relax the body and mind and connect with nature through breathing and the archetypal gestures of sacred Damanhurian dance. \nGong Meditation\nStarts at 10:30 and 12:00\nPeace\, calm\, and the enveloping sound of the gong will transport you on a vibrational journey. It is said that the sound of the gong is the original sound of creation and\, therefore\, contains all sounds.
