Tigrilla Gardenia is a Nature-Led Multipassionate Life Coach (ICF PCC), World Ambassador for Plant Advocacy, and founder of the Naturally Conscious Community®. She specializes in helping creative, sensitive, multipassionate individuals who feel scattered or “too much” uncover the Deep Pattern that unifies all their passions—transforming overwhelm into coherence and self-trust.
A citizen of Damanhur for over 15 years, Tigrilla’s path was ignited by a life-changing encounter with a musical plant. She holds a Master’s in Futuro Vegetale under renowned plant neurobiologist Stefano Mancuso and brings over 25 years of cross-disciplinary experience in engineering, technology, the arts, and eco-social innovation, including work with Microsoft, RealNetworks, and Cirque du Soleil.
As host of the ReConnect with Plant Wisdom podcast and a Gaia Featured Expert, Tigrilla teaches audiences how plant intelligence and eco-somatic principles can reshape the way we live, create, and lead by remembering we are Nature and coherence is our birthright.
