The seminar offers an effective sensory training course, based on checking and exercising perceptual skills and physical movement management. It is mainly based on teaching the typical Damanhurian technique known as “Metratura,” which has been practiced for more than 30 years, for the purpose of developing self-awareness and improving the relationship with the environment.
The course teaches an easy and quick method to awaken one’s attention, also passing through stimulating sensory experiences offered by valuable aids found uniquely in Damanhur, a territory charged with vital energy and precious geometries.
